Kimberlee is CEO of Whybin\TBWA Group and Head of DAN Melbourne. She joined the agency in 2011 initially to establish the agencies CRM offering with a focus on engagement planning. This role was quickly expanded into overseeing the agencies total digital offering as well as championing the Group's future vision.
Having classically trained as a direct marketer, her strategic approach to digital lies at finding the intersection of insight, data and technology. She is fastidious about isolating touchpoints on a consumer journey and bridging the gap between microactions and large integrated bursts.
In a career than has spanned almost two decades, Kimberlee's rounded understanding of the communications process, coupled with her ability to articulate strategic thinking at all levels of management has seen her develop and execute campaigns across most major categories and brands including NAB, ANZ, AustralianSuper, Bupa, Medibank Private, Tourism Australia, Optus, Qantas Frequent Flyer, Australia Post, Nissan and Mercedes Benz.
Kimberlee has previously held GM/MD roles at Clemenger Proximity, Mark and M&C Saatchi.
